I believe that cake is more than just a dessert—it’s an experience, a celebration of flavour, colour, and creativity.

MY STORY

Hello I’m Louise, 

​

I have always loved good food, fashion and all things colourful. Having grown up on a farm in Cornwall there was always plenty of organic fruit and vegetables available, this instilled in me an appreciation for good quality homemade food.

​

Raising a family in Paris, the home of gastronomy allowed me to experience the finest flavours and colour combinations “joie de vivre” when combining the two.
